These terms apply to all applications and services developed by Steven Gill, including SG-PlannerSync, SG-Wayfinder and SG-Health (collectively, "the Services"). Each Service has a free tier and, where offered, a paid plan; the sections below apply to all of them unless they say otherwise.
The Services are provided by Steven Gill, a sole trader trading as Fuzb of Flat 5, Britannia Building, London, N1 7RP, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
You can contact us through our support page.
By creating an account or using a Service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
We may change, add to or remove features over time. We will not remove a feature you are actively relying on without telling you first, where we reasonably can.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who are the merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller for the transaction: they take the payment, handle tax, and deal with chargebacks. Their terms apply to the purchase itself and are shown to you at checkout.
We license the Services to you. So there are two relationships, and it is worth being clear about which is which:
| What | Who |
|---|---|
| The purchase, payment, VAT, invoices, chargebacks | Lemon Squeezy |
| The licence to use the Services, and everything in these terms | Us |
Billing questions about a specific charge are usually fastest with Lemon Squeezy. Anything about a Service itself is ours.
If we change prices, existing subscriptions keep their current price until we give you at least 30 days' notice.
Where a Service uses accounts, they are identified by email address. Signing in uses a code sent to that address, or a Microsoft account — there is no password to lose.
You are responsible for who has access to your email account, and for the people you invite. If someone should no longer have access, remove them; you can do this yourself at any time.
The content you upload — floor plans, project data, health data, and anything generated from them — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us the licence we need to actually run the Services: to store, copy, process and display your content for the purpose of providing the Services to you and to the people you have shared it with. That licence exists only to operate the Services and ends when your content is deleted.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload — that you own it, or have permission from whoever does.
We treat your content as confidential. We will not share it with anyone else, use it to promote the Services, or use it to train anything, without asking you first. We are aware that building plans in particular can be commercially sensitive and occasionally security-sensitive, and we handle them on that basis.
Don't use the Services to:
If you do any of these we may suspend or close your account. Where the problem is fixable and not deliberate, we will tell you and give you a chance to fix it first.
We aim to keep the Services available continuously and will use reasonable endeavours to do so, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and the Services are provided "as is". There is no service level agreement and no service credits.
We may take a Service down for maintenance. We will avoid doing that during UK working hours where we reasonably can.
The Services depend on third parties — hosting, authentication, payments, and the APIs they integrate with. An outage at one of those can take a Service down with it, and is outside our control.
Support is provided through our support page, on a best-effort basis. We are a small operation and do not commit to a response time. We do read everything.
This is the section most services are vague about, so here it is plainly. Nothing is deleted when you stop paying.
If a payment fails, we keep your paid features running for a short grace period while it is retried. If the subscription then ends, the Service degrades rather than locks: paid features pause and you drop back to what the free tier gives you. Wherever we reasonably can, we block gracefully — you keep access to your own work, you are told plainly what has paused and why, and resubscribing restores everything immediately.
Your data is retained in full for at least 12 months after a subscription ends. We will only delete it after that, and only after at least two warnings by email and an offer to export everything first.
Some things are expensive to keep serving, and those may reduce further over time — for example, we may eventually limit Wayfinder viewing to a single building of your choosing. Where we do that, we will tell you in advance rather than let it happen silently.
A building's wayfinding going dark because a card expired is a bad outcome for everyone trying to find their way around it — none of whom chose the payment method. The early part of that timeline is deliberately generous for that reason. Equally, a subscription pays for hosting and serving your data, not only for the tools that created it, which is why free-tier limits do eventually reapply rather than paid capacity staying free forever.
You can export your data at any time. Wayfinder exports a building as a complete archive of your floor plans and the generated map data; other Services provide the equivalent for the content you have put into them. If one doesn't yet offer a self-serve export, ask us and we will get your data to you.
This works whether or not you have a subscription, and it keeps working throughout the retention period above. We would rather you left with your data than felt trapped without it.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
We may close an account that has been on a free tier and completely inactive for a long period, after warning you by email first.
We handle personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Broadly:
If your organisation needs a formal data processing agreement, contact us. We are UK-based and store data in the United Kingdom wherever possible — Wayfinder's data is held in Microsoft Azure's UK South region.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and because of what the Services cost:
You are responsible for keeping the content you upload accurate and up to date.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before they take effect if you don't accept them. The current version is always at this address, with the date it was last changed at the top.
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may end this agreement, on reasonable notice, if you materially breach these terms and don't fix it after being asked, or if we stop offering a Service — in which case we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can and time to export everything.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer, if you are one.
If you have any questions about these terms, please get in touch through the support page.
